There is no need for anyone to understand the language, all appz are posted as attachments and are very easy to spot, and file names are the same in any language.
Russians have great download sites and noone gives a damn about cyrilic, they just take what they need :)

Hmmm! I can c my butt. Trying 2 register & then dl something i don't even want. All because it's not in English. :-(
