Nokia 8310 Broken Charger Circuit

I have a Nokia 8310 which has a broken charging circuit (i.e. won't charge when plugged in). Any way to fix it other that getting a battery desktop charger?

(And the reason it broke? Plugged it into a 7v DC power supply ;-)

Isn't there a little fuse at the bottom of the PCB that could have blown???

Don't know for sure as I never had to do one?
