720i batterie charge drops???

can you help me please,I have a motorola 720i the batterie charge drops after 3 hours without any call,what can I do to repair it.

This is the PA that I can blame from here...not sure in the end cause phone is not in my hands..

I think can exist 3 reasons:

1. You flashed with a non-professional tool that will make you phone to lose signal, battery...
2.you didn't format the battery at the beginning (check documentation should have 2 charges at least 10-24 hours)
3.Blame Motorola because they use in the last times to make battery using differ it companies, most of them unprofessional!
