I have programmed Burnout numbers in TDMA phones with no problems.But i have some CDMA phones that used to be activated with Alltel and i cannot succesfully program the number in.I use the #*639# then i enter the number and then i enter the SID (and i have used multiple SID's),but when i try to make a phone call it says Welcome To The American Roaming Network.Am i missing sumthin??
