NEC e616v entered the code but still locked

I got the code from the log and entered it and phone showed "network lock is pemanentaly turned off" and i pressed ok. But the phone still unlocked.I don't get it.

any ideas?

if it's a code starting 4960 then they only work on old phones, not the latest ones...you can get these unlocked fully now for about £15 if you look in the sales section
