Best if you use S500 cable and a proggie from NASIRIYAN-MOBILE.COM if you go to that web site you can download it there. This software will unlock and change imei on E700/E710 & E800 ETC.If you have a problem with the proggie let me know.

Where can i get the S500 cable from in U.K? Ebay?
Is it a standard data cable and is it the type that would come with a samsung s500 from a shop?
Sorry for my ignorance, but i have an E710 that needs un-blocking from u.k. networks.
Best regards.

Here is a good link to samsung cables. http://www.activemobiles.com/Samsung_Datacables.htm
Make sure you buy the 8 pin serial pot lead NOT usb, because they will not work for changing the imei.
