this is ok that u want to find out becuase i also purchased one with auth. reseller and my box is working with nokia but not with seimens and motorola
what can i say this is original or not or any would like to help me on this topic i am from india...and the topic of support depends on ur reseller

what problem u facing with siemens and motorola?
