need help building unloking program

i've just started with c++
previous knowledje in fortran 90


i've dowloaded indear sourc codes.. i had been hable to make them work on dos environment, by introducing values with comand cin

now i would like to go further and make a vbstyle window "userfriendly" like Crux, but i do not have the knowledje of how to make forms

help me please, i dont know where and how to start...

i've been discussing it with Crux, she said that she started by building dll's from indear algorithm, and made a vbasic form who use those dll's.. but she haven´t help me more than this..
i still dont know how to make..
help please..
