is there a program to convert mpeg,avi or wmv video files to 3gp video files :-?

Nokia Multimedia Player can do this!

PVauthor is also a good program for converting video files to .3GP format, the down side is that it's not free. But based on my experience, it's one of the best programs available for this task.

By the way, You must have CD with Nokia soft (comes with phone), there are some progs (Nokia Mult. Player too)

u can also convert to avi(use smart movie converter), then view with smart movie installed on ur phone.
