help!t100 has crashd

hello all
can any one help i was useing my ring tone software 4 the t100
and arfter i downloadid the ring tone i pushd the power buton on
with out takeing the data cable out now the phone dont power on or charge it just stays white like its still on the data cable
when it on charge and when u push power then it just comes up white?????

Maybe this will help as you need to reset eeprom\

System Failure Contact Provider Solution HERE!

Open " Toolbox 4 " maybe at www.gengheraenga.net
I have it in a CD and it is not closed.(i can't read it on my laptop)
Go into "E2pManager"
Press "Program on"
Select "EEprom"
Then "E2pTstPattern" at the top of the list
Tick the box that says "write to eeprom"
Then in the input box type the following " 0x2767 "

Then "Send command to phone"
Then press "Reset" on the left hand side TWICE.
The Phone should reboot.

Now try a sim in the phone should be working 100%


NO NEED FOR NEW EEPROM!!!
