3510I fia file need!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bough a cheap cable for DCT4 nokia phone and I tried to flash it for change the language, and every times I received the error message (No flasher File for this model).
I try to use all kind of programs like:
D4_cool
DCT4v30
WinDCT4 2.0
dct4v30patched

With out any success....
Can some one tell me how I can load the new language pack on my Nokia 3510I

I have to change the Fia File?
If is Yes where I can find it?
