upgrade from UFS 2 to UFS 3???

hii friends i am using a UFS 1.2j now Now i have downloaded a UFS 1.3e can any one of u please help me how to upgrade the present UFS 1.2j to UFS 1.3e, friends I am new to this, so can anybody help me in detail?? You can mail me on
