Unlocking problems with my 6230

Hi there people,
I have a little problem? Im trying to unlock my nokia 6230 which is locked to "orange uk". Ive used the unlock calc here but on 2 occasions had "code error". Normally its not a problem unlocking but im sure i must being doing something wrong this time.....

Can someone steer me in the right direction and ive only got 3 attempts left...

these 6230's normally unlock with code 1 instead of code 7

settings should be asic 6 for phone type and asic 6 for box serial

sometimes on ornage it can be code 5

not sure which ones you already tried as you did not mention ??
