What happenned to #mediaplace?
I got message "Illegal channel name" :-?

It must've been duped by the server you used, try the efnet amsterdam xs4all server, it never dupes channels.

yeh ive had that message a few times so i have set my default to amsterdam

no trouble at all with that server

I now have this error with amsterdam: "You have been D-lined."
What does this mean?

I never got those kind of messages from #mediaplace. But i also don't really use it all that much either.

They probably locked the channel due to flooding from childish fools, it never lasts long, the fools always get bored and the channel can reopen.
