3310: 2 problems

Hi, this is my first post...
I've two problems: I'm searching for PPM 6.33 but I don't found it.
My 3310 has low signal, I've changed antenna and its contacts, I've upgraded firmware (with 6.33)... :( Doesn't run...
Can you help me?

Low signal can be caused by lots of different pieces of hardware on the phone the main two things that break down are the dyplexor and the PA.
Although I would try fully cleaning the board before removing and replacing chips
