Prodigy flashing with .ini files

Hi,

It seems that Prodigy has a restricted set of flash configurations.
You can eventually do it manually, but still you can't choose product profiles, carrier settings,...
Is there any way to force Prodigy to use .ini files? How?
Has Prodigy its own sort of .ini, that can be modified?

If not, is there a way to install and run Phoenix with a Prodigy box, without Nokia dongle?
