problems with A800 any ideas please

I have just aquired a A800 the problem is it is dead when charging and fully charged the orange light on the cover comes on and stays on till the battery is flat again but the phone wont switch on any help would be appreciated many thanks Phil :-?

I have same problem with Samsung A800 which only switches on when i plug in the charger & at the same time it shows battery full charged.
But when i unplugged the charger, it shutdown the phone. What is the problem? is it software or hardware?
I also encounter such think with T100 before but i just suck it into the spirit & brush & heat it. and it works.
But did the same thing with the A800 but no progress.
help if possible with tutorial or links.
