If I get a cable for the motoarola v525 will I be able to transfer games to it?(.jar games or whatever format works)

You need .
MPT 3.19 ( Mobile Phone Tool.3.19).
PST 6.7 and the Patch (Phone service Tool) To enable java uploader function in your phone which now you don't have.
Midway 2.8 to transfer games to your fone.
Jadmaker to convert Jar files to jad file, cuz your fone use jad files and most game came with jar files.
