6600 unlocking......which code?

Hi,
I'm trying to unlock 6600 on orange uk. tried code 1 it unlocked sim card,but won't except o2 sim, it turns its self off (screen slowly fades) when I add that sim.

tried the code 7 and it errored.

What should I do?
