Cable woes - SP2?

I bought a cable for my 6100 and made use of it then put the cable aside I then installed SP2 for XP and then it wouldnt work with the phone.

Ive just bought a 6230 and tried to use the same cable and it still doesnt work :-(

I think it could be a SP2 issue but cant find any bug fixes.

Does anyone know about this one or have any ideas?

you have to use a different cable

the DKU-2

the 6100 uses the DKU 5

Like mentioned above you need to use DKU-2 cable for the 6230.

I have a DKU-2 for the 6230 and use the DKU-5 for my 6610.

They both work perfectly fine on SP2.
