2100 dead after ufs flash

I have a 2100 which was having a blank screen problem. So I flashed the same using ufs. At the end of the flash, the mobile came up with "Insert Sim Card". As soon as I clicked the rebuild imei button......i got the display of "bad mob ack" and the set went dead.

Now if i try to flash, i get the message "bad mob ack" while registering flash id. Please help me

did you try erasing the whole flash. what is the result
