Nokia 6800 unlocked yet or no?

Ok i went to the site's unlock code did all that put in the first code on my new phone nokia 6800 and i got the message that said
Sim Card restriction OFF
im wondering does that mean its unlocked now? because i put in another code after it and it said "not valid" so im guessing i did it...it still asks me for the sim card since i dont have a t-mobile one yet and it used to work for AT&T anyways im new at this so im wondering if thats what its supposed to say? thnx :)
