Hi,


I got a N3310 newly replace LCD but still the same problem exist, could somebody give me an idea what's the next thing to do.

Hi there,

you can try these other options:

1. check the connector. if you are using a metal connector, it may be bended so just try to lift the pins. if your connector is made of rubber, change it.

2. if the above still produce the same effect, try this, check for line continuity. you should have a multi tester and a diagram to do this.

3. if number two still does not give you satisfaction, try this, do an on-board voltage reading. the lcd contacts of 3310 have eight pads, the reading should be 2.8v, 0v, 0v, 2,8v, 2.8v, 0v, 0v, 2.8v. in doing this, your multi tester should be set in 10v range.
