Hey,

I don't think it's out as yet mate, still working out prices and how to sell it.

Looks good this release though and the new GPS unit to.

Does anyone know if it'll be compatible with the Nokia 6680? I suppose it should be if it works on the Nokia 6630!?

Hi.
Just thinking about it,
TomTom Mobile 5 is going to be compatible with the new Nokia 7710 Widescreen Smartphone.

http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,67708,00.html

This means that the layout of the screen will be pretty much the same as TomTom Go,

http://www.tomtom.com/products/product.php?ID=0&Language=1

PLUS it will be touch screen making it easier to use when driving etc.
PLUS navigation will be made easier becuase firstly of the large screen and the touch screen features.

I think I may be purchasing a Nokia 7710 when they are available on contract. Does anyone know when they will be released here in the UK ????

Would greatly appreciaite a reply,
Cheers,
Lydiachris :-D

Hi all

I bought the tom tom gps with the Nokia adapter for my 9210i...It was hopeless...Too make matters worse Tom Tom were absolutely useless on support, to the point of offering none!

I have a garmin gps attached to my laptop via usb and the difference is like chalk and cheese...save your money until there is an alternative to Tom Tom. ;-)

Why donīt you try Route 66 Mobile? Works fantastic on 6680!
By the way, Tom Tom 4.400 is great and with more detailed roads on 6680!
