Download and email notification problem after changing the email address.

when i try to download something at the download section, it shows

* only registered Members! *

What is the problem. And i can not receive notification email after i change my email address last year ago.

Please assist me what to do, i already contact Mr. Manoon and this email notification problem but still no answer yet.

Try clearing cookies and re logging in for the download section.

Also the download section will only work on IE6 compatible browsers so any others may not work.
