73010000=Entel PCS Telecom.;Chile

I insert this line in the provider.txt (73002000=Telefonica Movil;Chile), the Nokia Free Calculator, generate the following code #pw+095 221 956 3+1# Put the line in the Nokia 3395 but nothing happend, show a message that say NOT ALLOWED, what happend with that ??? Any solutions ???
