Nokia 7250i camera 'standby' help

Hey, im thinkin about buyin a 7250i phone off my mate an it all works perfect but when you push the camera button it says 'standby' can anyone tell me what this means and how i get the camera workin, coz he doesnt no.

Ok i played about with the phone and the standby mode is just the top of the screen, the actual error is it saying 'operation failed' Can anyone give me any help? is there any way i can flash the phone again without being chargered? i dont know too much about it.

I dont think u can get free flashing. and flashing your phone wont help. Its a hardware problem. Maybe someone here can help. I cant cos i pay for it to be repair too. :)
