Flashing a 3310

ok i have downloaded some flash files 3310F639B.fls and DVirus_NHM-5_15-02-05_MCU.fls + DVirus_NHM-5_15-02-05_PPM.fls
what do i do with hem :-?
do you flash the .fls file on its own if i want that firmware? or the MCU and PPM files seperatley if i want DVirus's one?
I am using NokTool18.exe, rollis_dct3_flasher_479.exe and knok95.exe
I really don't understand!

this cable connect into the back of your 3310/30. The battery sits in the top and its clips into th phone.

u must check first if ur cable is working and if it is connected correctly to ur cimputer :-o :p

i pressed power on shortly and nothing happens...

i'm using Nokia Dejan 1.07 cables, is this the right cable for flashing or do i need another cable for flashing?

please help! :???:
