Has anyone seen the 'Simlock Change Failed' message on a 9500 before? More to the point, does anyone know what this is? Is the alternative to 'Not Allowed' and 'Cannot Undo Restriction'? I don't know the complete history of this handset, so not sure if unlock codes have been entered previously :-(
