Yr instructions for imei software seem easy to understand. Please can you point me in the right direction for the software that you are referring to. Thanks.

Hi D500,Thanks for the info you have provided.I have followed your instructions and i have got as far as (press new button) It has read the info on the phone but the (new button) is not high-lighted so it won't work.How do i get to the next stage?

Hello, thanks for the guide!! When you say "change last 5 digits of original phone imei"

Do i just make up any old numbers?? And do i do this in the winimei program?

Hi shahzad999,Yes you can use any numbers.I just move around the numbers that are already there.For example,if the last 5 were 56789 i would put it 65987 this is the way i do it. :grin:

Sorry to be a pain but what do you about the bluetooth ID? Change it? Or leave it?

If you change it....how do you go about findling bluetooth ID to match Imei?

dont bother changing the last 5 gidgits of the imei, just change the last 2 !

ive done about 10, and ive never changed more then the last 2, and the bt works perfectly every single time. if it ends in 21 , change it to 32, just add 11 to the amount. if its 88, put 99 and so on, try it, it WILL work

Sorry, what if imei ends in 99? 99+11=110....will i have to change last three then?

if it ends in 99 , which is a ver slim chance ! ? , change it to 88, .

what i do is if i cant go up by 11, i go down by 11.

its not an exact science, but for me it works 10000% and the bt works perfectly every time mate.

hey i've jst bought a usb cable that links to the d500... and i can't seem to find win imei 1.07 anywer!!! i've got the newer version but it doesn't work according to lots of people on the net, so i need to find the 1.07 version to change imei number. can anybody help point me in th right direction? or does anyone have th software and can email me it? [email protected]

well it connects to pc and then into wer the charger goes? is that wrong? can you point me in the right direction please :) thanks

First get a d500 serial cable, then do a search on here for d500. It will bring up another thread and in there is all the software you need to change imei.

I have searched and tried several times - but can't find what I need to change the IMEI. I have the 9V serial cable, winimei 1.34, USR and more....but I cant find WinImei 1.07 :-(

The programs I have tried all have the "Write IMEI" and "New IMEI" buttons toned down (grey = cant select them).

PLEASE....Any one out there who can mail me version 1.07 ???
The unlock is working fine - its just the Imei change that's giving me a hard time....
