v220 Dead

I have a Motorola V220 and tried to flash/flex it using the tutorial at http://www.mob453.com/phones/motorola_v600/, however it said "FLASH FAILED!!!" and now my phone says:

Code Corrupt

Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable

I've tried flashing it over and over again but end up with the same error, any ideas on how I can rectify this?

YOU CAN NOT FLASH V220 WITH A V600 FIRMWARE.
TRY TO REMOVE THE BATTERY AND PUT BACK...SEE WHAT HAPPENS

According to one of the pages it works on any vxxx phone, tried taking out the battery etc, to no avail. It's not a big issue, the phone is just something I had lying around. Any way to flash it back to v220?

it works on any "trippletts" fone, but not any Vxxx fone. you need to re-flash your V220 with V220 software
