Ok,smsplus is free and AnotherGuest is really a hero for the symbian community (i will never be enough grateful to him for PicoDrive) but i will happily pay 5 euros (that's really a cheap price!Good point for WildPalm) if SonicBoy features full speed emulation as well as good sound.But as long as there is no demo out the only chance to know the truth is that some legit owner of SonicBoy compares it to SmsPlus and will be so kindly to post the impressions.

Ah Thank you I did download it from mirc but the readme with it didnt say what it was So I didnt install it But i know now so Ill install it today

reading the posts it all gets a bit confusing so...
PicoDrive: free genesis/mega drive emu ported by AG
SMS Plus: free master system/mega drive emu ported by AG
SonicBoy: trial master system/mega drive emu by wildpalms

AG is actually considering of porting DrMD (genesis/mega drive emu) for S60,
if he will do so, we'll see
I have faith in it
perhaps porting this one further instead of PicoDrive might give sound :)

So my guess is that nobody will pay for SonicBoy as SMS Plus does the same and more...

and the cracked version are on #mplace on irc btw it didn`t work well with sound on my 6600 and some other have problem with the sound on 6630 any clues?

I'll be sticking with SMS Plus over SonicBoy. It just seems better, & i'm already using it on my QD as well.

Install terraforce from wildpalm and youll have sound!

i think its slighlty smoother than smsplus :rolleyes:
