Resetting d500 password

How do you reset a forgotten password on a D500, flashing the phone with original firmware doesn't seem to work, so I am out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated!

the default is 00000000 i can reset this password but i have agere-attack and this expensive for only ! phone, have you tried winimei ??

Download winimei and get a serial cable with a 9v attatchment, start winimei, clik d500, then your country, then clik unlock. winimei will say "waiting to enter TAT mode. atatch you phone to the cable then atatch the battery, press the on button for 1 sec. Phone screen will go blue and TAT MODE will be written in big red letters. Winimei will perform the unlock once you in TAT mode so detatch the phone and should be all done. If not u could try full eprom reset. Hope this helps

try deactivating the code with the numbers at very bottom of this list , if that fails to help you , flash the handset to any foreign firmware ie greece , then flash it back to original firmware and lock will be removed.
