T630 readed file, how to flash back the file to the phone?

I use tornado to read the full flash for SE T630, it's 12mb. I'm trying to flash back the readed file to the phone. But it is not *.BIS / *. BIH *. BIG file. It's a *.bin. So how am i going to flash the BACHIP / FUBU file back to the phone?

but the file that is readed from ufs is in *.bin format, how am i going to convert
It 12,582,912 bytes 12mb, how to split ?
