D500 UNLOCK 9v cable

can someone please help i have bought an D500 with an 9v connector for a battery. from http://www.phantomgsm.com/product_info-38_66+423.html it is the same as this one.

I have tried a few programms and cant get the phone into test mode. Do u need the phone on or off? tried SGH-D500 SERVICE 1.0 BY RAMAN. ALSO TRYING WINimei program. Can someone please tell me what iam doing wrong here.

to get into TAT mode, normally you would switch the phone off, connect the lead, and then press the enter test mode button, turn the phone on, and you should get the blue TAT mode screen on the phone !!

ive got a samsung pcb093lbe data cable that you can plug a samsung charger into?

is that not good enough??

cuz if it is i cant get it to work!!

Im pretty sure the phone needs 9volts to enter TAT mode

got a 9v cable, and have manged to unlcok the phone. - on Orange.

Problem is I can not change the IMEI number, it keep saying./

Fail in reading Phones version, an d Fails.
Even tried reading the original IMIE, and it fails.

method.

Connect phone, press chagne IMEI - input password. - enter TAT mode,.
I connect the battery, then switch on phone, it enters tat mode, but then fails to read or write the IMEI... HElp.!!
