Trying to unlock a Nokia 3650 IMEI 351 102 503 661 232 and unsure whether it should be 24407 (AT&T (3650 with IMEI 351 102 500 xxx xxx) U.S.A.) or 31038 (AT&T U.S.A.).
Was given following codes by a vendor selling unlocking codes:
#pw+736110065473611+1#
#pw+015433143336730+7#
When checking on the calculator it appears that these match up to network 24407 but they are "invalid" when entered into the phone.
When I use network 31038 in the calculator I get the following codes:
#pw+872051606042353+1#
#pw+413827645140621+7#
Plus 5 others for 2,3,4,5,6.
Anyone know for certain which is correct for my IMEI?

The answer is to use Network code 31038 (ATT USA) not 24407 (ATT (3650 with IMEI 351 102 500 xxx xxx) USA) unless the first 9 digits are EXACTLY the same for your cellphone. My 9th digit was a "3". WRONG>> must be exact for first 9 digits to use 24407. Tried on another family cellphone with code #1 for 31038 and turned off restriction on first attempt and then tried on this cellphone successfully as this was my 5th (and last) try.
