almazlamas, I've read your anwer on the other thread.
In DCT4 phones you have five tries to enter a correct code. You say that you have tried 10 times, so that's it. If the phones is still giving you "not allowed", maybe nokia changed the message in some firmware versions. Mine says "wroncg code", but newest 1100s are having a strange behaviour.
What is for sure is that if you have tried more than 5 times, the way now is cable.
And for what I've been reading, only one guy before tried to unlock a tracfone 1100, and he couldn't find the network code.
In www.gsmworld.com you have a list of all providers in every country. Tracfone is not listed there, and in another forum a guy said that tracfone uses cingular and t-mobile networks. His 1100 diplayed a cingular logo at startup. He still had to unlock by cable, because he had tried more than five times, so we don't know which is appropiate network code. But tracfone is, almost with a 100% certainty, borrowing networks. It's not listed in gsmworld as a network owner. For example, sometime ago, in Argentina there was a network owner here, listed in gsmworld, but they rented the network to other providers, that was when the gsm network was beeing set up in this country (like two years ago). When the networks were finally set up, that "provider" disappeared from the list.
I hope this helps a little.
Best regards
