My friend was downloading ringtones to his 3620 and he said that now all it does is boot up to the blank white screen that says NOKIA on it and doesn't boot any further. Is there an easy way to fix this? Can the phone just be reflashed/reprogrammed (like a format reinstall of a computer)? What would you guys suggest to try here? Is there a way to reflash/reprogram? Thanks in advance for any and all help.
