I'm somewhat new to this, need a bit of help....
I have a Nokia 7250i locked to Virgin Mobile (UK)

I don't understand what GEN means...? :???:
Hope someone can help, I've tried the unlocker calculator with no luck three times now. I used the first, fifth and seventh.
Would be great if someone could help.
Oh, I do have a serial data cable too, so if all else fails, I can use that, but I don't know how to do that either. :???:
