Thank you I have found the manual but I cant find your tutorial in anywhere please can you give me the link. Is it possile to take one out of one phone and put it in another?
Thanx

No, since UEM ic is an only once writable chip.
Besides that, when you take out the ic, you have no contacts to solder it again, so it's useless.

Mr. sergo_zmeia, could you please inform me if what I said is wrong? Though I've never worked with cell phones's ics, I've worked with sound equipment ic's, and for what I know, when you desolder an ic it's almost useless, since you don't have contacts to solder it again to another pcb. It is possible to do it nevertheless, but there's no guarantee that it will work, nor how much time it will work. We do that as an in-the-while solution till we get the appropiate equipment or ic's.
But that is on sound equipment. Maybe in phones ic's it's different. Could you please instruct me a little?
Thanks

yes I know, read the post slowly
I know that it can be done. But, in hardware of course, in sound equipment (what I work), changing a used IC is not guarantee of success. First you got the problem of overheating. Second, you have the problem of having no contacts (by contact I mean the little legs of the IC) to work and solder it again to the other PCB. And second, even if it works, there's no guarantee for how much time it will work correctly.
We do that (changing a used IC to another PCB) when we don't have a new IC to use. So, as a passenger solution we interchange IC's, until we receive the needed IC
What I was asking was if in cell phone hardware interchanging IC's was a secure way to work, instead of allways installing a new IC.
Best regards and thanks for the answer!

Mr.Edge, ofcouse the best way is to use brand new chip...used IC's only in extremly situations...about overheating..BGA IC stands till almost 600 degree centegrate..so if U using 300-320 degree there is no problem...about "legs" I call them bubles..there is a equipment to make them..see my guide...

Great info Mr. Sergo, I didn't know encapsulated ic could stand up to 600 degrees. It's good to know. I saw the guide, pretty well explained. Thanks for telling me what were the "bubles", i didn't undertood that. Also, I didn't know there was equipment to make them.
I have to update my info... :D
Thank you very much for this class!
I will keep in touch if I need some guide if you don't mind and it doesn't bother you, because it's been awhile since the last time I worked with hardware, and I was thinking of starting again.
Best regards
