Hi Mate...

after some research i have found that you cant enable Field Test Mode on DCT4 phones... this was available on DCT3 phones... special R&D firmware is required for this on DCT4 but only Nokia Engineers have access to it!!

Maybe someone can help me as I don't quite remember correctly what happened in dct3 phones when FTM was activated.

Does the phone stay on field test mode only, or is it completely operating AND you have the option of activating field test mode through the menu?

last choice... :grin:

the menu is present in firmware but hidden from normal operation. it's enabled via MBUS and stays available until next FULL RESET via MBUS tool or until user types a test number (241 if i recall)
