Nokia 8850 reception problem??

got a nokia 8850, when sending text messages I am getting "message sending failed" quite a lot.

Before I send the message I have full signal bars but when I get the "message sending failed" alert after sending, I check the signal to find it's dropped to no signal bars? So I have a full signal but when sending messages its dropping out?

Also when I am making calls the signal is dropping out even though I am showing full signal strength?

Anyone had this problem or can help??
Do I need a new aerial? Is it something else?

Run a test with eeprom tools 3.1 or 4.0 and Mbus cable...U will get a point to start..If test is ok..but problem exist..U need to reheat HAGAR and COBBA chip..
