V200 Limited Service

PLEASE HELP? I have been given a Samsung V200 and it is locked on
Limited Service. Can I purchase software to allow me to unlock this
or do I need to send it to Samsung?.

U dont need any software cause this is a hardware problem..U need to reheat RF part...
