3120 unlock Poland ERA, progress - HELP PLS

HI,

It is how I go on:

1. downloaded NokiaFree Cal v. 3.10
2. put all the info into the calc boxes
you can see it here:

3. switched off the phone and removed the card
4. turned on and keyed in the code 7 - did not work :confused:
5. keyed in code 5 - did not work :???:
6. read additionaly post of "gsmsolutionsltd" THIS TREAD (http://nokiafree.org/forums/t74498/h/s.html)

7. no explanation actually for my case
8. went to other forum places and found THIS SITE (http://www.nokiaport.de/index1.php)

It is written there that to check "Lock status" (in german SIM-Lock Status-abfragen:) it sholud be following code keyed in:
SIM-Card Lock: #pw+1234567890+4#

9. Keyed it with card in phone and got "Wrong code" message :???: :???:

SO:
Now I do not know how to generate correct code and worser I don't know if the attempt to check the "Lock Status" did not remove my third possibility to key-in the code.

I would really appreciate any help guys!!!!!
