Hi.Phone galleries/tones etc have all dissapeared,show memory used as 0.0,but if take a photo,can put it on as screensaver,but if I try and look in my gallery,nothing there.Any way to reset the phone,im totally new to this so idiotproof step by step advice would be most welcome.Thanks for any help in advance,

Try reset Ur phone....without sim card..phone off...press *+3+green and power on...U must see "Formatting" message..if not work...try flashing phone...elce...hardware problem...getting hard here..

PS:Im not sure formatting works for this model...never tested on one...
