hour_beep.nrx
When set the time minute to xx:00 then the phone vibra non stop.

screen_saver.nrx
Normal phone minimal standby current are almoust 0mA,
but when the screen saver are running, the minimal current are about 15mA,
like the stopwatch func running.
power save func not work, cos using delay method.
So the phone batt is fast running out.
i think stop the animation after timeout.(like 3610 screen saver)
or 1 frame/min.

But i donno y when the sms is full, the message logo blink all time and add blink operator logo or word, the minimal current not increase.
Can use this method to run something?

sorry about my english and stupid question.
hope all scripts become perfectly.

I don't have this hour_beep.nrx error on 3310. What phone and version did you use? Did you tried patching only this script?

As for the screen_saver, it does not use delay() function, it is based on harware timers (just like build-in functions like this SMS full icon). The reason why screen_saver eats more power may be the number of operations requiered to diaplay a full screen animation (especially when bitmaps are compressed, build-in bitmaps are not).

So, the conclusion is: screen_saver uses the same method for delaying as nokia's blinking words/logos but beacause screen_savers are bigger and more complicated they requiere more power.

You're probably using an old version of screen_saver beacause last versions have a new power save function that does not slow down the anim but simply stops it after specified time.
