Hi, I am trying to unlock my 7610 on T-Mobile UK (23430000) using v3.10 of the Unlock Codes Calculator. However, I got a "Not allowed!" message when entering the fourth code that was generated. I used this list: http://www.mobyproject.com/phone/dct3&4list.txt to find the correct box serial to use (32802, and it suggested trying code 4).
This is my firmware:

Could someone please tell me exactly what I need to enter in what boxes in the Calculator? What is the single digit space to the right of the IMEI entry for, and what is "MCC+MNC"? I have thoroughly searched the forums already but still cannot work it out. I just want to ensure that I don't waste my final four attempts!
