try to heat ( u100 ) the large ic near the sim connector .
tell me what will happining .

concerning freeze at temp............
1. eeprom of your mobile can be responble for this.
2. corrupt software on your mobile phone.
3. mobile battery can be responsble for this .
4. casing your phone can be responsble for this.
5. water damage can be responsble for this .

try unlocking softwares on mobile phone.
try resetting your mobile phone , this can help sometimes.

My friend had a v200 samsung which also exhibit PAUSED BY TEMPERATURE on the screen while on charging,he ask me to repair it but i had know idea about samsung,also its so hard to turn it on/off.i suspect it all about software flaw.Can you guys have an idea how to fix this one?please help... he bought a new battery an imitation-which we call in lacal market as class a.
