Nokia 6230 Unlocking on Vodafone Uk HELP

Hi,

I have a Nokia 6230 which is currently locked to Vodafone UK.

So to confirm I just need to use the DCT4 Calculator. Ignore the DCT3 Calculator.

Enter my IMEI.
Select United Kingdom - Vodafone as Network.
Enter asic 6 as GEN.
Select Nokia 6230 as Nokia Model.

Select Get Nokia DCT4 Unlock Codes.

(1) What order should I try entering the codes - 5th then 7th code ?
(2) Should the sim be removed - my phone is about 10 months old. I saw some posts where some people were entering the codes with a different network sim inserted - is this relevant for me and wouldn't it damage the sim ?

The firmware version of my nokia is V.03.15

(1) What do you mean Network 234 15 - don't I just select United Kingdom -Vodafone on the DCT4 Calculator for Network ?

(2) So you are sugggesting using the first code of the seven the DCT4 Calculator generates and make sure the sim is removed ?

I have used the first code and it said Phone Restriction Off so I assume it worked ok.
