siemens maxim dongle question

hi im about to make the siemens maxim dongle

but my scheme dont tell me what voltage the capacitors are:

the capacitors are 47mF and 27p could anyone tell me the voltage.

Where did you find the schematics(will you share it with us).
About the capacitors I think you can safely use 16 or 25V ones.
